Our contracts are customised for each client to ensure a perfect fit for your business needs. We cover all maintenance and servicing costs due to wear and tear. Should any issues arise, we’ll handle them swiftly so your operations aren’t disrupted.

Our average response time for emergencies is below 8-hours. However, our goal is to address any emergency call-out within 36 hours or sooner. In exceptionally busy periods, the response time may extend to up to 48-72 hours, but such instances are rare.

Non-urgent Response Time

For non-urgent repairs and services, we typically schedule call-outs further in advance. While we can often respond to non-urgent calls on the same or next working day, they can also be conveniently booked to fit the customer’s schedule. This approach provides flexibility and convenience for our clients. It also helps us plan the locations and routes of our service vans for greater efficiency, so we are appreciative of our customers’ flexibility and transparency too.

Operating Hours

Our dedicated team operates during the following hours:

• Saturday: 8 am to 12 pm
