Boasting a mighty 160BAR of pressure, the HD1240 is able to heat a whopping 20LPM of water to 98°C. In addition to those dirt busting numbers, the HD1240 also sports proper rubber wheels, making it easy to get to messes in different locations. The advantage of these kinds of wheels, over something like castors, is that they can traverse rough terrain easily. 

The HD1240s also have Ehrle’s prized Etronic II controls. With a simple to use interface, which provides valuable feedback, these controls support a number of handy automatic systems that improve performance, longevity and, most importantly, make your work easier and safer. For example, the Etronic II controls support a “start-stop” and “total-stop” system. 

The start-stop system serves as a standby function that essentially turns your Ehrle Quick Release Trigger Gun into a remote control. When you release the trigger, for instance, the pressure washer temporarily shuts down, rather than keeping running. This system, therefore, saves energy but also, crucially, improves longevity by reducing wear and tear on the machine.

The total-stop system is a safety system that switches the machine off after 20-minutes of use, requiring a manual restart. The benefit of this is that it makes your powerful machine safe should you get distracted at work and accidentally forget about your pressure washer for a little longer than intended.
